This notice explains how SmeraldaLux processes personal data collected through the website and which external services may be activated during browsing.

When you submit a booking request, we may process data such as name, phone number, email, pickup and destination addresses, service date and time, number of passengers, luggage, selected vehicle and any notes entered by the user.
The website may also process technical data necessary for browsing, such as IP address, browser data and server security logs.
Purposes and legal basis
Data is used to manage information requests, quotes, chauffeur bookings, operational communications with customers and any administrative or tax obligations related to the service.
The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual or contractual measures requested by the user, compliance with legal obligations and, for website security, the legitimate interest of the controller.
The booking form prepares a message that the user may voluntarily send through WhatsApp. Sending happens only after an explicit action by the user.
When you use WhatsApp, data processing by WhatsApp/Meta is also governed by that service’s own terms and privacy notices.
Google Maps
Google Maps is not loaded automatically when the page opens. In the booking form, an information panel is shown and the map is loaded only after clicking “Show map”.
By clicking “Show map” or a Google Maps link, the user activates an external Google service that may process data and use cookies according to its own notices.
Cookies and tracking tools
The website does not use its own profiling cookies and does not load advertising or third-party analytics tools before a user choice.
